Shipping Policy

CUSTOMER PAYS FOR DELIVERY / SHIPPING FEE

We do not charge delivery/shipping fee on the website.

Shipping fee will be computed after purchase.

You will pay directly to your respective Third Party Delivery Personnel.

Cebu Deliveries

Customers will book their own delivery and/or do pickup on their own. An SMS from our team will notify you when the order is ready. The team will also inform you on the pick up location. The details will also be sent via SMS.

If this does not work for you, let us know so we can book the delivery for you.

Delivery / Shipping fee estimate is computed via courier of choice (Lalamove, Grab, Maxim, Angkas, etc). You may check the respective apps for the delivery fee.

For large items, especially those that require assembly, Wisechoice Fitness will personally deliver the item. Costs associated with the delivery will be shouldered by the customer.

Orders Outside of Cebu (via LBC, J&T, Cargo of Choice)

Customer pays for: Transport of paid orders from warehouse to chosen courier
